Yes I know these stores.
Claire's is a typical American "junk store" with a poor store design - and concept! Mainly target group female under 20 years!
Bijou B offers an assortment of about 10,000 styles and focuses on a fashion-conscious target group with mainly female customers (age to over 60). Two jewelry collections are presented annually, spring/summer and fall/winter. In addition, seasonal trend articles are offered for all festive occasions.
Lovisa is "fast fashion" and also aimed at a predominantly young female target group under 30.
I also look at the working environment of the employees. And that's where Lovisa comes off worst on the relevant portals (e.g. indeed). In the long run, not a good sign for hiring staff. And probably also with effects on the customers?
