@MULTINVEST simply put LOV is killing all other business you mentioned and they moving in to take their market share, LOV just simply a far superior business in all metrics, better margin, better shop lay out, better sale $ per square, superior vertical integrated system that none of those business can even come close.
subsidiary running at a loss and funny number is nothing new, you got to look at the group performance, these are structure for tax purposes, conceal true number from competitors. Apple and Google don't make much money from Australia divisionand barely pay any tax
