Management instruct the sale team on new "illegal" sales pitch assuming they can get a certain amount of sales before being found out and it's a no brainer. Lucky for the employees they are not doing something like promoting gambling to chinese highrollers, merely resigning them on an internet service otherwise they might be locked up. There are no consequences for staff or management. Only a slap on the wrist from the so called "regulator" and they move onto their next scheme.
