I disagree as AXA did not have the Qantas Sale Act to contend with. Foreign ownership currently stands at 65% I believe, which has been allowed as there is a takeover in progress. If it all falls through then the Qantas Sale Act will kick in, triggering the compulsory sale of 16% of the company's shares on a last-in, first-out basis. That's about 300 million shares I believe, if the local market can't soak that up then there will be a short-term downward spike.
