***lower longtom = 70cps*** The lower zone of the Longtom well is expected to hold 300bcf which has been valued at ~70cps alone (Grayling 100bcf tied in also, and cash included).

From the recent Nexus Longtom coring analysis announcement, they state that they are encouraged by the findings so far.... The upper zone is expected to flow upto 200bcf.

So if we get a 500bcf longtom with the Grayling tie in, NXS have been valued at ~$1.10...

I can see great value... and i don't expect the share price to stay this low for too long, especially when further announcements are due regarding farmout deals for their remaining permits etc.
