That is not true..first time Gordon tell them to walk,
then came the profit down grade and the balance sheet was in the shit...he openly invite them back, all details in AFR, sometimes ago during the SPP period, AFR got to talk to him.

he didnt take up all the SPP raising at 1.02
that tell you he wasn't event sure if
TPG will buy the damn business.

if you sure TPG will buy the business you will go all in and get 1.02 SPP...
