I will be participating in the rights for the following reasonms
(1) Saville is in even though he is paid well. He knows where the income is coming from.
(2) More and more projects will be going to OPCO
(3) More discipline is eveident in the way the company is managed
(4) I believe good news is not that far away....San Francisco, and Sydney
(5) Good alliances in the bidding. IBM, Keane and North Grumman....these have not gone away
