ERG are very close to having a monopoly franchise in the transit ticketing business. Yes, they have a chequred history, but have a look at their presentation today (including the balance sheet) and tell me they are not worth a punt at 0.145c?
still under 1b shares on issue post placement, and a fund manager holding a controlling stake.
