It's the uncertainty caused by EU debts and China's bubble, thats causing the SP to fall, not the lack of contract ann. Any new contract ann. will make everyday Joe stockholder happy, but will not shift the share price much, as inst. will not revaluate based on a single contract. However the data from released from China yesterday was not bad news, so some degree in the short time has been relieved of a bubble burst, so we should see SP gradually rise over the next weeks/months.

I personally have topped up a little, but of course there is still global uncertainty caused by debt.
