hi adam01, no i havnt, i have done this in the past and ASIC have replied saying nothing was wrong blah blah blah, even when i laid it out for them, basically it discouraged me from further correspondence.

it is their job to protect shareholders, if they were actually doing their job they would be speaking to the funds that are manipulating HZN, but this wont occur, these guys go out to lunch together.

interesting in the closing auction today, 1 million shares added to the 31.5c buy pile but no one of any note sold down, HZN in a huge decreasing volume triangle since 27/1/12, appears as if any real sellers drying up, most holders dont want to be conned, they can see whats going on, any good news released by management now could have the shorters running for cover.
