I'm wondering if this is a big dummy spit by the Chinese as perhaps they foresee that Tesla will take all of stage 2, and then perhaps stage 1 as well when the other contracted volumes have expired?. Hydroxide plant involved - 2 stage?.
Interesting times.
Selling massive volumes at such a low price doesn't make any sense from a longer-term strategic investor so I'm thinking they know more than us about future Core announcements and strategic moves?.
Something is afoot here. A big move coming I think.
