Hi Kingy,

The Native Title Agreement was announced on 23rd Dec 2010. The deal was ratified last week but that was a mere formality and had no impact on the SP.

But yes in better global economic conditions just a mere 6 months ago, we were at $1.30 without the PFS and other overall Hardstaff Ore quality upgrades.

Also the federal environment minister Tony Burke is due on Irvine Island early August, am hoping he is there to congratulate all parties on a successful deal :)
