Tevas selldown has nothing to do with MSB and the fact that they have a debt of $35B and and facing serious competition for their products and fighting to stay afloat, has caused them to dispose some of their assets and non core businesses. Their holdings in MSB is small and they must be desperate having to raid the coin box.
I am surprised that MSB has not made any announcements as yet and I am quite certain that the TEVA sale was not out of the blues and the Board must have been fully aware of Tevas intentions.
It is frustrating to see the prices fall and management not keeping the market informed. Communication is an area of concern and it is about time the Board and key personnel start justifying the salaries they earn.
