Seems like a half hearted retest down under ten.. Sellers don't have any conviction... And certainly no panic..:
I agree with you Lynne, it's good time to pick off a few sellers..
The question is what will come if the FDA meeting, just having some clarity and certainty will give NEU a better footing..
