I think the reasons are pretty clear though. You don't need to have IQ of 180 to see right through it
With plans to demerge OTT, SK and Duff are now fighting about who gets the biggest chunk of the money. Duff and his mates will be in charge of OTT and SK with his undergrads will continue to bring us the sweet dream of flying selfies and affordable smart watches. With both divisions now sinking badly, they will need a lot of that money to try and revive it. Hence the fight....simples
