Agreed. It hasn't been at 64 cents before though. Also a number of interesting things to take into account. Last retrace was to a higher low. VERY few sellers in the last week. 1.5 mil crossing last wed( I think). Big single buyer taking out 60cents this week and last. I think this is the real thing.
