I quote from the half yearly:-

"The Company in the past has been able to raise capital as and when required and the Directors believe it could do so in the future if it becomes appropriate to do so".

This to me suggests that the directors have mentioned this as a safety blanket to reassure anyone concerned at the large sums being temporarily expended (eg bitcoin contract). It doesn't indicate an intention to cash raise and as other posters have indicated the cash flow is improving from month to month. Therefore I would suggest that a cash raising is a possibility but unlikely.
