Hi all.
Coles shares have been slowly climbing over the past month or so. To me the company still remains significantly undervalued, due to its defensive nature and solid low digits growth capacity. I believe Coles will provide some solid numbers in the upcoming February reporting season. I will also be interested to see what Coles plans to do with the extra cash that it will receive from Viva Energy. Potential buyback, or increase in dividend could be on the table at some stage in the near future.
