Here's an update on the mining lifecycle chart that Loki was talking about on another thread:
You can see that we are following the typical cycle quite nicely now, even after suffering a GFC like correction , given the state of capital market in the last 12 months (QE has now disolved this issue imo, so risk is well and truly back on)
Here's some further context below, showing some gold cos' that have recently made the transistion from explorer to producer , whilst also suffering deeper corrections due to capital markets drying up (GFC)
Also note how most went on to make new highs after feasibility stage. Also note the volume increases , which are becoming evident with amx now.
If you choose co's with real quality resources, there is very little risk here imo. Market conditions are improving and there is a good appetite for financing right now
