Good to see analyst coverage. Not so sure about the valuation though. Does anyone understand how Capital Network gets a valuation as conservative as $370m? Even making gloomy assumptions about costs and funding and opex it's hard to see how the cash flow could be under about $100m/pa at the lithium price and costs/credits they use. These are USD figures. Using a DCF model (at 10%) that gives a much higher valuation - at least $550m. What am I missing?
I agree with their comment that the valuation moves by $100m for every $1,000/t change to the LCE price.
I didn't think I would be adding to my holding, but at the current sp it's too good a bet.
