    I'm currently waiting for a customer service to answer the telephone. Called earlier and it took around 20mins, this time I've been waiting 10mins. Sorry to say, but I believe their customer service is craap. I've been a customer since 96 and I spend around $250/month on ADSL connections with them alone.
