I agree, if the news about power supply in the reactor is true (pumps water etc...),and it makes a difference in danger levels prior to the W/E,no new explosions, the DOW is up, and a no fly zone makes it over Libya so intervention is allowed...spirits will definately lift and have the pos+ reaction we are hoping for to any good news.
