Recent buyer of Bannerman here, been looking into this stock all year and of all the uranium plays, this is one of my favourites. I like the management, the size of the resource, the jurisdiction, progression of resources (FS, PFS ect.) and I like the optionality of Etango-8 or the original large scale Etango project.
I also like the chances of a China buyout here, considering the purchase of Husab in 2012 by CGN, purchase of 25% of Langer Heinrich in 2014 and the purchase of a controlling stake in Rössing in 2018. Namibian uranium production is clearly of great importance to China and BMN seems positioned perfectly going into this future cycle.
One question I have to long term holders here is what happened during the A$0.612 / share Hanlong conditional proposal to buy the company out in 2011?
