This thing is going to 1.67 and it may just be market sentiment that takes it there.
The reason it went to 2.70 was on the REO story and I don't think anyone should underplay the large commissioning risk on the AMP, not to mention the negative sentiment toward the stock if the Malaysians alter the environmental requirements.
This stock is not for the faint hearted regardless of the stunning REO story.
