I've been on the 5:2 diet for a few months and lost 7 kgs, coupled with excercise it's a good way to loose weight. There is a you tuber called scooby who does good fitness stuff I also did his three minute ab buster and got good results, was going great till I fell of my bike a few days ago
and busted my collar bone. That has stopped me in my tracks. Very sore and sorry.
But hey, FAR has cheered me up emensly today can't feel any pain any more....
Get on the program mate, you need to get in shape for your run..
