A great deal for PEM; they will now live on to fight another day. Many predict that Zinc and Lead prices will recover over the next 12 months. Through this deal PEM has ensured that they will be a going concern when the tide does in fact turn. As for CBH, well they should now focus on stitching together a deal with PEM to treat their BH ore.
