Not that they have the capacity to do so, but why would you want a higher offer of shares from CBH. All you do is inherit our massive net debt - about $160M of debt with cash of only $40M - $60M. At least with the deal announced you get net cash of $45M and no debt or dodgy assets. Wish I bought PEM instead of CBH
