Zhongjin for me, share dilution and cash is better than share dilution and a mountain of debt(cbh)
lucky cbh bought some of it back this will put both co. about the same re- cash except pem won't have the debt like cbh in 2012, see you at the finish line.
Zhongjin might be interested in picking up some cheap assets then too.
