I think its a company/product credibility thing. Fair enough you can sign a deal with italy, Brazil, China, get CE badge for Europe but to get FDA + US approvals and distributors is a different ball game.
if they get that in the bag, this thing will move. Revenue will stream in and since costs are already low, profits will be good
