The great deal is for the 'sofisticated' sc umbags that are going to be able to get the shares at a discount.
With the numbers backing ARC even before the purchase they were undervalued. Even moreso now.
Too bad we all can't borrow a couple million, buy the ARC shares at a discount, and then flip them for a quick buck.
With a $5000 limiy on the SPP and say a $1.35 share price, we'll get about 3700 shares....
For that you have to jump through the hoops, do the paperwork, and wait.......
If the shares get back to $1.50 we 'make' about $500 after paying the broker to sell them....
