I was always amazed at the price of Irish realestate. When I was over there 8yrs ago I stayed at 3 story mansion in Dublin that was being used as a BNB. I couldnt work out how a family could affort to run a property worth $3.5 million euro as a bnb. It didnt add up.
I also went to Belfast and stayed at little sea side towns. What I would classify as public style housing was selling for $200k pounds.
