If divi stays as it has been last 3 years, current yield (as of today) is 5% fully franked.
thats roughly 7.1% gross yielding (depends on tax bracket).
Not bad in todays low interest environment.
Even with no capital growth, you're beating a term deposit by roughly 2x.
