Although one thing that is fact about this company is they are a classic case of over promise and under deliver.

not much of what they say over the years has actually turned into revenue - ie the good oil that keeps a company going without diluting itself to the hills.

I would wait to see some dollars coming in that outweigh dollars going out before investing.

However, if trading and looking for a 10-20% clip then you may well be onto something.
