your saying a TO offer will place a value of 400 to each customer?

zip didnt even pay that much per customer for quad and they are about to take an impairment on its goodwill value.


(zips cost to aquire a new customer is less than $10 according to LD apparently, hard to imagine a TO valuation where that places 400 value for each customer, something dramatic would have to turn around for zip. bigger than zips hayday when buying quad. hard to imagine. but i guess not impossible)
