Hawker77, your option is one of the smarter proposals which I rank along side with bringing in a cornerstone investor such as Springtree Global Investors, who have advanced knowledge on the Mt Beven project!
I have also considered haw retaining a 25% stake with Lcy/NMDC
paying for 100% development, 100% of operational costs!
