retrac - there have been more than a few delays in my lifetime with HOR so for those whose experience goes back further it must be even more frustrating to be on the "cusp of greatness" and then be denied
confidence, shareholder engagement, good governance all cornerstones for me and not unreasonable expectations - slippage in any of them and its ciao from me, no news or updates by end of week constitutes a first warning for me and my modest holding
