VSG is now a great little company, however if you look back at the SP then you will notice that it was 10c and has steadily fallen down to 2c (and below). This fall has been due to the fact that it has taken a long time to get the product to the market, and they have used most of their capital doing this. They have never been able to show the market any profits, just agreements and forecasts. Any time there has been a good announcement we see a little blip as people rush in a buy the stock. Some people sell in these blips as they do every day in every stock. However the people who have just bought in realize that it's going to be a while before they will see any real money (hence don't be scared to sell at 2c) and frustratingly sell.

To climb back up 10c is now a 400% rise so we have a long way to get back after that 80% fall. However, this is where this company should be at this moment. So buying at this level is a very very smart thing to do. I will be buying as many of these as my budget allows me too. I have chased quick money in Oilers etc, but for the long term investment you will not get better than investing at VSG at 2c (as you have not had to pay for all the start up and development costs). If you look at any medical company they go through the same scenario of dropping sp until the product is being sold and profits are being published (I'm a few years older in my investment life and I wish I was only just buying now)

Haven't really calculated profit verses sales, as really the sky could be the limit there. And I would agree that the market can't see blue sky tomorrow, but if you look closely you can see the smart money buying heavily at very, very cheap levels (buying up dumb money). As they can see the blue sky in the future.

There is talks at the moment of takeover so it wouldn't surprise me if they are ones buying up the dumb money's stock. However, hopefully VSG will be allowed to grow from here, and as someone has been saying on here pay 2c for their first dividend. This company has that potential.
