Have you ever considered that such sensitive and potentially lucrative negotiations might not be able to be communicated to anyone, including shareholders?

At this time anyway.

That's the nature of the beast.

It's called Commercial-in-Confidence.

Some here don't seem to understand or appreciate that.

And maybe never will.

Alan has stated repeatedly that Supply Agreement negotiations with S-A are ongoing.

And that other Pharmas have shown great interest.

What else do you expect him to say, taking into account the constraints of the confidentiality of the negotiations?
