Head & shoulders? Can't see it myself ... unless you're looking at the "mini pattern" of the last couple of weeks with the 'neckline' at $3.55. Even if that was broken (which I doubt) such a small pattern does not mean all that much when viewed against the bullish long term chart for DVC.

I guess I am taking a bigger picture view here.
