I can see your logic but let's hope the breakout above the $3.60 neckline was not just a short lived spike.

The fact that it has dropped quickly back to the $3.60 neckline (on volume) is a bit of concern.

I would not like to see DVC close below $3.60 on significant volume .... guess we will just have to wait and see.

Technicals aside, the "fundamentals" for DVC are very strong.

I always like it when both FA & TA are in concert.
