the court as stated here sent the applications back to the DMR as it was decided not enough consultation had been done with the communities. Applications would appear to have been re submitted to the dmr by all parties who are involved. On another thread you may have read topwon suggest a meeting was held last Saturday with the Beng community to discuss the issue. and would seem not a lot of support for the beng minerals guys. The meeting i would put forward was a big part of the process of the DMR "consulting" with the communities on the next move forward which is ACTUALLY what the court decided. So if the feedback is correct Genorah therefore NKP would be in the box seat re the farms effected by the court case.
