    As a after thought this action all come about after the con court ruling, the DMR now have to re issue the rights on Nooitverwacht and Eerste Geluk so perfect timing as far as Anglo is concerned. Not only do Genorah/NKP have to contend with this but now so will Bengwenyama minerals part of the community, whats their stance on the sitution? Also I would like to know what the posters that are anti nkp think, they seem to either join the Bengwenyama minerals fight or Anglo's fight so long as its not NKP, remember it envolves these farms too.
