Interesting read but difficult with the ammount of names mentioned. Enjoyed reading about the different tribes, kings and history, bit like a Wilbur Smith novel.
Presume this is the same Mr Zet Maphanga and from reading it I now understand about Soupiana as its under the control of the Soupiana Tribal Authority and a different chief than Nooitverwacht. Appears Zet likes to share himself around also from the conclusion it appears that the land claim on Spitskop doesnt fit the criteria with not enough substantiated evidence to support the claim.
Didnt read any reference to Eerste Geluk but Nooitverwacht gets a mention in the history. After reading that report I imagine its tough for any tribe to collaborate enough physical evidence as verbal recollection just wont suffice.
Anyway a welcomed relief from South African legislation :)
