Yes - years and years and prob a decade of expensive NSW State processes and who knows what micro-group of uncles & aunties could object to the new tailings dam site.
Having all their legal fees paid by taxpayer of course.

I remember circa 2009-2010 the lines of "shuttered shops" in for example - West Wyalong in NSW Central West. Other places looked moribund too.
