dont know who your broker is but that is not correct.

firstly this is our house stock where i work and we would be doing a placement if it was the case. there is no talk of that at all.

the drop in the recent share price is that people are getting impatient that the coming together of the 2 firms hasnt happen as yet. and also the resource upgrade hasnt come through as promised. The recent cash postions of AZX is $3mil and GGB is $20 mill. when they come together ; August if all goes well there will be no need for AZX to raise capital.

management wont pull a stunt like that, as they know the share price will suffer if they do. anything under .50cents is a steal, and its only a matter of time untill people start to buy this up again.

once we see the 2 firms together, then the resource upgrade, pending market conditions improve in the next few month, this can been seen around the 70-80cent per share.

also an interesting note is that when the ownership structure is sorted this becomes very appealing to large insto, and the larger shareholders to take it out and or bit for the company.there are a few reasons below.

    1. the share price has come off so much and they still have 2Mil oz of gold in the ground so far indicated, that doesnt change regardless of share price.

    2. recent consolidation in the gold sector where the large miners are looking to add small projects to there portfolio to increase production and diversity projects.

    3. with gold appreciating so much there is no correlation between gold and any of the large or small gold explorers and producers. this is a recent topic amongst many large firms and looks like a very attractive sector especially if we see gold move abve 1700oz

4, when we see bullabling move towards production and see a larger resource proven up here, the maiden reserve of the bbling should be a lot higher than expected. this is a high tonnage lower grade resource that is here and estimates are showing a conversion of around 50% to reserve. projections from research are now showing this move to 70% or greater indicating a reserve of more than 1.4mill oz. once this realized by a large firm, this makes bbling a very attractive project.

    cheers
