There is no possible target of $12, are you serious? That would put the stock on a P/E of 6-7, and a dividend of around 14%, fully franked. You chartists need to understand that once there is value below $20, and stocks appear compelling, there is huge buyer support. WBC got to 16 or so in the peak of the GFC, when everyone thought the world was ending, no more markets, no more capital. I hardly think it would reach below $18 unless we had all gone mad again.
