I second that motion. It actually touched just above $14 on one day. But the EPS and div was about 40% smaller than what it is now and yes things were much worse, GDP had gone into a 6.5% correction and people over reacted. The rate of stabilization from that $14 price level shows people are unlikely to make that mistake again (offloading at those levels).
