It won't be safe to enter until market flattens out IMO or there is a clear reversal indicator e.g. decisively rejecting recent low.
awful tempting around 20 or below and pretty safe in medium term at that level
short term anything can happen, jumping in today, you've either got some really good info or are reading the tea leaves in a very unconventional manner. Check the XJO technical threads they explain it far better than this newbie could ever do.
FOr the superstitious theres at least the gap @ 21.50 to close.
