Can someone smarter than me explain this to me. I see that CBA announced profit of 6.1 billion full year yet its trading at 78billion MC, yet WBC announced half year at 2.9+ billion which will make its full year close to the CBA profit assuming bad loans also improved like CBA, yet its trading 66bil MC. They both have the same Equity position and I believe the SGB acquisition will make WBC in a better place than the bank west acquisition. How does this stack up? Does anyone know if CBA has a greater potential to generate better profits going forward or is it that WBC is so underpriced right now?
I wanna in. Any advice?
