I agree that the outstanding yet to be issued on the SPP are not too much to be concerned about... why? because of how quickly the portion offered to the big dogs was chomped up... the only portion that didn't generate as much response was the portion offered to public. If the big dogs snatched up the shares on offer that quickly, that holds more weight IMO when adding up the pros and cons of the SPP.
